Silicon Graphics files for bankruptcy

Silicon Graphics has filed for bankruptcy. It’s sad when such an iconic company goes under. Back in the days when SGI hardware was the epitome of high-end computer graphics, I remember lusting after an O2 workstation. It could display live video on a 3D cube in realtime!
