		<description>I was standing in line for the checkout at one large department store the other day (&#039;tis the season, ho ho), and the father-and-kid behind me were having a discussion about the fluffy stuffed animal that they were going to buy.
For your information, the animal in question was white with black spots and sported a tail.
The boy thought it was a dog.
The father thought it was a cow.
I thought it was neither.
The cashier didn&#039;t know and couldn&#039;t care less.
I wonder how children cope these days. In my days you could recognise a stuffed cow when you saw one ...</description>
